My responsibilities include analyzing files for malware, as well as administering key platforms like MISP and Velociraptor to enhance threat intelligence. To improve efficiency, I develop custom scripts that automate workflows and reduce manual tasks. I also evaluate and review security tooling against defined organizational criteria, providing data-driven recommendations.

During my time at RUBICON IT GmbH, I collaborated in configuring the customer’s specialized domain based on defined user stories and acceptance criteria. My role included assisting in the adaptation, creation, refinement, and effort estimation of user stories, ensuring their effective implementation. By immersing myself in the customer’s domain and requirements, I helped translate their needs into actionable solutions. Throughout the process, I worked closely with project managers, developers, and testers, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver high-quality results.

At A1 Telekom Austria AG, I served as a Junior Business Analyst, specializing in stakeholder engagement, requirements engineering, and business analysis for the Self Service Umbrella Portal, designed for medium and large enterprises under Mein A1 Business. In this role, I collaborated across teams to develop an SLA reporting tool and process, overseeing everything from data sourcing to report calculations, while ensuring rigorous quality assurance to deliver accurate, actionable insights for business clients. As the core team was cross cultural I also gained a deeper understaning about work in a remote team and communication with english as a second language to all.
